We are looking for dynamic and motivated International Sales Executives to join our growing international team. We are currently looking for new members for our Italian Team based in Paris !
Your role:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities in specific target markets using channels such as calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Identify and understand prospects’ requirements and pain points
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers to gather key information through in-depth qualification calls and online demos
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales leads from the first call, lead qualification, and online demos to creating new sales opportunities (full sales cycle)
- Achieve and overachieve individual monthly sales targets by delivering business value to our clients
- Give feedback in collaboration with other departments (marketing, account management etc.) on the current product in order to adapt it to the local market needs
Who you are:
- You are determined and have a strong appetite for closing and negotiation
- An entrepreneurial spirit - problem solver and deal closer, with a positive and creative mindset
- You are proactive and ready to take the initiative to deliver results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- You are a native Italian speaker with a Professional level in French or English (written and spoken)
- You thrive off sales targets and constantly seek new ways to go the extra mile
- You have a significant and successful experience as a Sales Executive (minimum 2-3 years)
- You love start-ups and fintechs !
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- You have a university degree or equivalent qualification.
